  3. 3. Add the onions and peppers. Sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes until soft.
  4. 4. Pour the tomatoes into the pan. Stir in the paprika powder and salt. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Crumble the feta cheese over the dish. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt for 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Chop the parsley roughly and sprinkle it over the pan. Serve the dish immediately.
