🥘 Quick Pepper-Feta Skillet

Ingredients
- 400 g Pork mince
- 2 Stk Bell peppers (mixed)
- 1 Stk Onions
- 400 g Tomatoes (can)
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 Prisen Salt
- 1 Bund Parsley (fresh)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers and onions. Cut the peppers into strips and the onions into cubes.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the mince and brown it.
- 3. Add the onions and peppers. Sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes until soft.
- 4. Pour the tomatoes into the pan. Stir in the paprika powder and salt. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5. Crumble the feta cheese over the dish. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt for 2 minutes.
- 6. Chop the parsley roughly and sprinkle it over the pan. Serve the dish immediately.
