🦐 Quick Garlic Shrimp with Peppers

Ingredients
- 400 g Shrimp (peeled, frozen)
- 2 Stk. Red pepper
- 4 Stk. Garlic cloves
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 10 g Coriander (fresh)
- 5 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Unpack the shrimp and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Wash the pepper, remove the core and seeds, and cut the vegetable into rough strips.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and fry them for two minutes from each side until pink. Remove the shrimp from the pan and place them on a plate.
- 3. Put the pepper strips into the same pan and fry them for five minutes until soft. Add the chopped garlic and fry it for another minute until fragrant.
- 4. Deglaze the vegetables with the vegetable broth. Let the liquid reduce for two minutes until slightly creamy. Return the shrimp to the pan.
- 5. Season the dish with salt. Taste and serve immediately with fresh chopped coriander.
