  1. 1. Rinse the chicken fillet, pat it dry with kitchen paper, and cut it into small, bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. Wash the peppers, remove the core, and cut them into strips. Peel the onion and chop it into fine cubes.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
  4. 4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Fry the chicken cubes in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.
  6. 6. Add the onions and pepper strips to the same skillet and fry them for 3-4 minutes until they are soft.
  7. 7. Add the chopped garlic and paprika powder, and stir everything for 1 minute.
  8. 8. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Stir everything well.
  9. 9. Wash the parsley, dry it, and chop it roughly. Sprinkle it over the dish.
  10. 10. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
