🍗 Quick Chicken and Pepper Skillet

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet
- 2 Stück Bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
- 1 Bund Fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken fillet, pat it dry with kitchen paper, and cut it into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Wash the peppers, remove the core, and cut them into strips. Peel the onion and chop it into fine cubes.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 5. Fry the chicken cubes in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.
- 6. Add the onions and pepper strips to the same skillet and fry them for 3-4 minutes until they are soft.
- 7. Add the chopped garlic and paprika powder, and stir everything for 1 minute.
- 8. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Stir everything well.
- 9. Wash the parsley, dry it, and chop it roughly. Sprinkle it over the dish.
- 10. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
