🥩 Spanish Ground Meat Wok with Peppers

Ingredients
- 500 g Ground beef
- 300 g Bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 Stk Onion
- 2 EL Sweet paprika powder
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prn Salt and pepper
- 2 Zehen Garlic (pressed)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell peppers and cut them into small cubes.
- 2. Schneide die Zwiebel fein und drücke den Knoblauch.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.
- 4. Brown the ground meat in it, breaking it up with a spoon.
- 5. Add the onions and garlic and simmer them for 2 minutes until soft.
- 6. Add the pepper cubes and paprika powder. Stir well.
- 7. Cook everything for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve the dish warm.
