🍳 Quick Minced Meat and Pepper Skillet

Ingredients
- 500 g Beef mince
- 300 g Bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 1 Stk Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 1 TL Cumin (ground)
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 1 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell peppers and cut them into thick strips. Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3. Add the minced meat and fry it, stirring until it is browned and crumbled.
- 4. Add the onions, garlic, and pepper strips. Fry everything for 5 minutes.
- 5. Pour in the canned tomatoes. Add cumin, paprika powder, and salt.
- 6. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes until the peppers are tender.
- 7. Taste the seasoning and serve the dish hot.
