  1. 1. Cut the ciabatta into two equal slices and toast them in a pan without oil until golden brown.
  2. 2. Use the hot side of the bread immediately. Grate the parmesan generously on top so it melts slightly.
  3. 3. Mix the arugula with half of the olive oil in a bowl.
  4. 4. Place the washed and dried tomato pieces on the bread.
  5. 5. Distribute the arugula evenly over both crostini.
  6. 6. Dab the remaining olive oil and balsamic glaze as a decoration.
