🥖 Quick Crostini with Arugula and Parmesan

Ingredients
- 2 Scheiben Ciabatta bread
- 40 g Parmesan (grated)
- 80 g Young arugula
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 50 g Sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 15 ml Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- 1. Cut the ciabatta into two equal slices and toast them in a pan without oil until golden brown.
- 2. Use the hot side of the bread immediately. Grate the parmesan generously on top so it melts slightly.
- 3. Mix the arugula with half of the olive oil in a bowl.
- 4. Place the washed and dried tomato pieces on the bread.
- 5. Distribute the arugula evenly over both crostini.
- 6. Dab the remaining olive oil and balsamic glaze as a decoration.
