🥗 Cinnamon Roll Bread

Ingredients
- 300 g Wheat flour
- 150 ml Milk
- 50 g Sugar
- 50 g butter
- 7 g Dry yeast
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 Stück Egg
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, sugar, dry yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add milk and melted butter and knead to a dough.
- 3. Add the egg and knead well again.
- 4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- 5. Roll out the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, then roll up.
- 6. Slice and place in a baking dish, let rise for another 30 minutes.
