Ingredients
- 150 g Rice noodles
- 200 g tofu
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 1 EL Sesame oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 EL Chili paste
- 100 g Fresh vegetables (e.g., bell pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 2. Dice tofu and fry in a pan with sesame oil.
- 3. Add garlic and fresh vegetables and sauté for a short time.
- 4. Stir in soy sauce and chili paste.
- 5. Add cooked rice noodles and stir well.
