Ingredients
- 250 g shrimp
- 150 g rice
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 chili peppers
- ein Bund cilantro
- 1 lime
- 2 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Season shrimp with chili and fry in a pan.
- 2. Dice bell pepper and zucchini and sauté.
- 3. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- 4. Serve rice in a bowl topped with shrimp and vegetables.
