Ingredients
- 2 Pork Chop
- 50g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 100g Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 50ml Oil
Instructions
- 1. Pound the meat, season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Place flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- 3. Dip chops in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and fry chops until golden brown.
- 5. Drain on paper towels and serve.
