Ingredients
- 400g Pork Cutlet
- 150g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 200g Breadcrumbs
- 100ml Oil
- 1 Lemon
Instructions
- 1. Tenderize the meat and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Dredge in flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlet.
- 4. Fry each side until golden brown (4-5 minutes each).
- 5. Serve with lemon slices.
- 6. Enjoy while hot.
