1 Packung (500 g) Puff pastry (shelf life at least 1 week)
400 g Mushrooms (sliced)
150 g Ham (sliced, approx. 5mm thick)
80 g Butter
50 g Brown sugar
1/2 TL Salt
1/4 TL Black pepper
1 EL Tarragon (fresh, chopped)

6. Place the rolled-out pastry over the filling in the pan. Press the edges down slightly.
7. Bake the tart for 25 minutes in the oven until the pastry is golden brown.
8. Let the tart cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Then invert it onto a large plate.
