Ingredients
- 4 Stück Butter croissants, sliced horizontally
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 150 g Feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 Eggs, large
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 Prise Nutmeg, ground
- nach Bedarf Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Place the sliced croissants into a greased baking dish.
- 3. Wash the spinach, remove the stems, and squeeze it dry.
- 4. Spread the spinach and crumbled feta evenly over the croissants.
- 5. Whisk the eggs with the cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- 6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bake.
- 7. Bake the bake for 25 minutes until the egg is set and the surface is golden brown.
