  1. 1. Rinse the rice under cold water and cook it according to package instructions.
  2. 2. Slice the chorizo sausage into thin slices.
  3. 3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and drain the chickpeas.
  4. 4. Finely mince the garlic and chop the parsley.
  5. 5. Fry the chorizo slices in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown.
  6. 6. Add the garlic, cumin, and paprika powder to the chorizo and stir for 1 minute.
  7. 7. Add the chickpeas and cherry tomatoes to the pan and heat everything for 3 minutes.
  8. 8. Stir the spinach into the pan until it wilts.
  9. 9. Distribute the rice onto 4 storage containers and place the chorizo mixture on top.
  10. 10. Garnish with fresh parsley and let the bowls cool down for meal prep.
