- 150 Quinoa
- 100 Sauerkraut
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Vinegar
- 2 Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- 2. Peel carrots and cut into thin strips.
- 3. In a bowl, mix quinoa, sauerkraut, and carrots.
- 4. Slice avocado and arrange on top of the mixture.
- 5. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
