🍖 Sour Roast with Red Cabbage

Ingredients
- 600 g beef roast
- 250 ml red wine
- 2 onion
- 2 carrots
- 300 g red cabbage
- 50 ml vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Season beef roast with salt and pepper, then sear.
- 2. Add onions and carrots and sauté briefly.
- 3. Deglaze with red wine and vinegar, add bay leaves.
- 4. Slow roast in the oven at 150 degrees for 2-3 hours.
- 5. Prepare red cabbage according to package instructions.
- 6. Slice meat and serve with red cabbage.
