🍖 Sour Roast with Dark Beer Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 kg beef roast
- 250 ml red wine vinegar
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 500 ml dark beer
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 cloves
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the beef roast in vinegar and spices for 24 hours.
- 2. Pat the roast dry and sear in a pan.
- 3. Add diced vegetables and deglaze with dark beer.
- 4. Transfer to a roasting pan and pour over the marinade.
- 5. Braise in the oven at 160°C for about 2 hours.
- 6. Serve with the sauce.
