Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast
- 100g peanuts
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 3 spring onions
- 2 EL lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken into small pieces and marinate with soy sauce.
- 2. Blend peanuts, garlic, and lemon juice into a sauce.
- 3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and grill or pan-fry until cooked.
- 4. Serve with peanut sauce.
- 5. Garnish with spring onions and enjoy.
