🥗 Sate - Indonesian Skewers with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 300g Chicken Breast
- 70g Peanuts
- 3 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 2 EL Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and marinate.
- 2. Thread marinated pieces onto skewers.
- 3. Grill or fry until cooked.
- 4. For the peanut sauce, roast and blend peanuts.
- 5. Add soy sauce, cumin, and lemon juice.
- 6. Plate the skewers and serve with peanut sauce.
