🥗 Sarmale (Stuffed Cabbage Rolls)

Ingredients
- 1 white cabbage
- 300g ground beef
- 100g rice
- 1 onion
- 2 EL tomato paste
- 1 TL paprika
- nach Geschmack salt
- nach Geschmack pepper
Instructions
- 1. Blanch the white cabbage in a large pot of water until the leaves are soft.
- 2. Dice the onion and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Add the rice and tomato paste to the onion and sauté briefly.
- 4. Combine the ground beef with the onion-rice mixture, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Place the filling on the cabbage leaves, roll them up, and layer them in a pot.
- 6. Add some water and let the Sarmale simmer for 1-2 hours.
