Ingredients
- 8 Stück cabbage leaves
- 200 g ground beef
- 50 g rice
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 EL tomato paste
- nach Geschmack spices
Instructions
- 1. Chop the onion and sauté it in oil until translucent.
- 2. Mix ground beef, rice, and sautéed onion, seasoned to taste.
- 3. Prepare cabbage leaves, fill them with mixture and roll them up.
- 4. Layer in a pot, cover with tomato paste and water.
- 5. Simmer slowly until the meat and rice are cooked.
