Ingredients
- 200g Chicken
- 200g Beef
- 150g Cassava
- 150g Potatoes
- 100g Carrots
- 1 Stück Onions
Instructions
- 1. Cook the chicken and beef in a large pot with water.
- 2. Add onions and carrots and let simmer.
- 3. Peel and dice yucca and potatoes, then add them.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper and cook for another 30 minutes.
- 5. Serve the sancocho hot, optionally with avocado.
