Ingredients
- 400g Chicken
- 200g yuca
- 200g Potatoes
- 100g Carrots
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Stück Garlic
- 1 Bund Cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Sauté chicken in a large pot with onion and garlic.
- 2. Add yuca, potatoes, and carrots, and fill with water.
- 3. Bring to a boil, then simmer until vegetables are tender.
- 4. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
