Ingredients
- 200 g Wheat Flour
- 300 g Potatoes
- 100 g Peas
- 1 Onion
- 50 g Ghee or Oil
- nach Geschmack Spices (Garam Masala, Curry)
Instructions
- 1. Knead wheat flour with water and ghee to form a dough.
- 2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- 3. Cook potatoes and peas and mash.
- 4. Sauté onions and add to the potato mixture with spices.
- 5. Roll out dough, add filling, and shape into triangles.
- 6. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
