Ingredients
- 300g Pork belly (sliced)
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Black pepper
- 2 Zehen Garlic (sliced)
- 4 Lettuce leaves
- 1 EL Sesame oil
- 2 EL Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 EL Soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. Slice the pork belly and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Preheat the grill or a grill pan.
- 3. Place the pork belly slices on the grill and grill for 3-5 minutes per side.
- 4. Grill the garlic in the last minute.
- 5. Serve the grilled meat with lettuce leaves and Gochujang.
- 6. Enjoy the dish by wrapping the meat slices in the lettuce leaves.
