Ingredients
- 100 g yellow lentils
- 1 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 2 TL sambar powder
- 1 TL mustard seeds
- 2 dried chilies
- 10 g cilantro
- 700 ml water
Instructions
- 1. Cook lentils in water until soft.
- 2. Chop onion and vegetables into pieces.
- 3. Heat oil in a pot and sauté mustard seeds and dried chilies.
- 4. Add onion and vegetables, sauté for a few minutes.
- 5. Add cooked lentils and sambar powder, adjust consistency with water and simmer.
