Ingredients
- 150g Yellow Lentils
- 200g Vegetables (Carrots, Zucchini, Eggplant)
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 TL Mustard Seeds
- 1 TL Cumin
- 2 EL Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Soak and boil the lentils.
- 2. Dice the vegetables and sauté in a pan with spices.
- 3. Add tomatoes and lentils, stir and simmer.
- 4. Season with salt and serve.
