🥗 Roman Saltimbocca

Ingredients
- 200 g veal cutlets
- 50 g cream cheese
- 6 Blätter sage
- 2 Scheiben parma ham
- 2 EL olive oil
- 100 ml white wine
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Place sage leaves on the veal cutlets and cover with Parma ham.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- 3. Deglaze with white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Season with pepper and salt.
- 5. Serve the saltimbocca with a side of your choice.
