- 2 Scheiben rye bread
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Zehe garlic
- 1 EL parsley
Instructions
- 1. Slice the salo into thin pieces.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic.

- 4. Place the salo on the bread, sprinkle with garlic and salt.
- 5. Garnish with fresh parsley.
