  2. 2. Bring water to a boil and add potatoes, carrots, and onion. Cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Cut salmon into cubes and add to the soup. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cream and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Add fresh dill before serving.
