🍲 Salmon Soup

Ingredients
- 300g Salmon fillet
- 300g Potatoes
- 100g Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 1l Water
- 100ml Cream
- 10g Dill
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice potatoes and carrots. Finely chop the onion.
- 2. Bring water to a boil and add potatoes, carrots, and onion. Cook for about 15 minutes.
- 3. Cut salmon into cubes and add to the soup. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- 4. Add cream and season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Add fresh dill before serving.
- 6. Serve hot.
