Ingredients
- 200g Salmon fillet
- 1 TL Lemon zest
- 2 EL Dill
- 20g Butter
- 2 EL Breadcrumbs
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Line the air fryer basket with a piece of baking paper so nothing sticks.
- 2. Pat the 200 g salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Never wash it!
- 3. Melt the 20 g butter in the microwave or a saucepan until liquid.
- 4. Mix the liquid butter with 1 teaspoon lemon zest in a small bowl.
- 5. Chop the 2 tablespoons dill finely and add it to the butter-lemon mixture.
- 6. Stir in the 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 1 pinch of salt, and pepper.
- 7. Spread the crust mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
- 8. Press the crust on gently so it doesn’t fall off during cooking.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. This takes about 3 minutes.
- 10. Place the prepared salmon fillet, crust-side up, into the basket.
- 11. Cook the salmon at 180 °C for 12 minutes. The crust will turn golden brown.
- 12. Carefully remove the salmon and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- 13. Serve the salmon immediately. The flesh should flake easily.
