Ingredients
- 200g Salmon Fillet
- 1 Avocado
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
- 50ml Cream
- 1 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. It takes about 3 minutes and ensures crispy skin.
- 2. Pat the 200 g salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Never wash it, that spreads germs.
- 3. Rub 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper over the fillet. Massage it in on both sides.
- 4. Halve the avocado and carefully remove the pit with a knife. Don't hit it.
- 5. Scoop the pulp out of the shell with a spoon. Put it into a small bowl.
- 6. Squeeze 1 tbsp lemon juice over the avocado pulp. This prevents it from turning brown.
- 7. Press 1 clove of garlic through a press directly into the bowl. Fresh tastes better.
- 8. Pour the 50 ml cream into the avocado ingredients. Pay attention to the exact amount.
- 9. Puree the mixture with a spoon or immersion blender until smooth. No lumps should remain.
- 10. Place the seasoned salmon fillet in the air fryer basket. Make sure it doesn't touch the bottom.
- 11. Cook the salmon at 180 °C for about 10 minutes, until it is golden brown.
- 12. Check the cooking time: A knife should slide easily into the fillet. Don't bake it for too long.
- 13. Take the basket out and let the salmon rest for 2 minutes. This keeps the juices in the fish.
- 14. Place the salmon fillet on a plate. Put the avocado cream next to or on top of it.
- 15. Serve the dish immediately while warm. It's perfect when the salmon is juicy and the cream is smooth.
