Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. It takes about 3 minutes and ensures crispy skin.
  2. 2. Pat the 200 g salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Never wash it, that spreads germs.
  3. 3. Rub 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper over the fillet. Massage it in on both sides.
  4. 4. Halve the avocado and carefully remove the pit with a knife. Don't hit it.
  5. 5. Scoop the pulp out of the shell with a spoon. Put it into a small bowl.
  6. 6. Squeeze 1 tbsp lemon juice over the avocado pulp. This prevents it from turning brown.
  7. 7. Press 1 clove of garlic through a press directly into the bowl. Fresh tastes better.
  8. 8. Pour the 50 ml cream into the avocado ingredients. Pay attention to the exact amount.
  9. 9. Puree the mixture with a spoon or immersion blender until smooth. No lumps should remain.
  10. 10. Place the seasoned salmon fillet in the air fryer basket. Make sure it doesn't touch the bottom.
  11. 11. Cook the salmon at 180 °C for about 10 minutes, until it is golden brown.
  12. 12. Check the cooking time: A knife should slide easily into the fillet. Don't bake it for too long.
  13. 13. Take the basket out and let the salmon rest for 2 minutes. This keeps the juices in the fish.
  14. 14. Place the salmon fillet on a plate. Put the avocado cream next to or on top of it.
  15. 15. Serve the dish immediately while warm. It's perfect when the salmon is juicy and the cream is smooth.
