Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillet
- 1 zucchini
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Lemon
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Herbes de Provence
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
- 2 Stück Baking paper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
- 2. Place salmon fillets on baking paper, add vegetables and spices.
- 3. Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon and seal well.
- 4. Bake for about 15 minutes in the oven.
- 5. Carefully unwrap and serve.
