🥗 Salmiakki (Salty Licorice)

Ingredients
- 300g Sugar
- 10g Salmiac powder
- 100ml Water
- 150g Glucose syrup
- eine Prise Pepper
- 10ml Licorice extract
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring sugar and water to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- 2. Add glucose syrup and salmiac powder and stir well.
- 3. Heat the mixture to 138°C and let simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat.
- 4. Remove from heat, add pepper and licorice extract, and stir well.
- 5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and let cool.
- 6. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
