🍓 Provence Salad with Fresh Strawberries and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 400 g Strawberries, washed and quartered
- 250 g Fresh goat cheese (Chèvre frais)
- 150 g Arugula (Wild Arugula)
- 50 g Walnuts, roughly chopped
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 15 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 1 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries and remove the green tops. Cut them into quarters.
- 2. Wash the arugula and dry it thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 3 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
- 5. Place the arugula on a large platter. Distribute the strawberries and walnuts on top.
- 6. Crumble the fresh goat cheese by hand into small pieces over the salad.
- 7. Pour the dressing evenly over the salad and serve immediately.
