🥗 Optimized Salade Niçoise with Tuna and Egg

Ingredients
- 240 g Tuna in own juice (drained)
- 400 g Potatoes (waxy)
- 4 Stk Eggs (Size M)
- 150 g Zucchini
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 80 g Olives (black, pitted)
- 40 ml Olive oil
- 10 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Boil them in salted water with the skin for 15 minutes until tender. Cut them into cubes.
- 2. Boil the eggs in a separate pot with water for 9 minutes. Take them out, peel them, and cut them into quarters.
- 3. Wash the zucchini and slice it thinly. Wash the tomatoes and halve them.
- 4. Mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make a dressing.
- 5. Add the potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, olives, tuna, and eggs to a large bowl. Add the dressing and gently toss everything together.
