🥗 Salade Niçoise with seared tuna

Ingredients
- 400 g tuna steak
- 300 g waxy potatoes
- 150 g green beans (cooked)
- 4 eggs (hard-boiled)
- 250 g tomatoes
- 60 g black olives
- 30 ml olive oil
- 10 g mustard (Dijon)
- 1 lemon
- 5 g salt
- 2 g black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes until tender. Slice them.
- 2. While the potatoes cook, sear the tuna in a pan with one tablespoon of oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown outside and pink inside.
- 3. Blanch the beans in lightly salted water for 5 minutes. Rinse them with cold water to keep the color.
- 4. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and slice the hard-boiled eggs into quarters.
- 5. Mix the olive oil, mustard, juice of half the lemon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl for the dressing.
- 6. Arrange all ingredients on a large platter: potatoes, beans, tuna slices, tomatoes, eggs, and olives. Drizzle the dressing over everything.
