  1. 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes until tender. Slice them.
  2. 2. While the potatoes cook, sear the tuna in a pan with one tablespoon of oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown outside and pink inside.
  3. 3. Blanch the beans in lightly salted water for 5 minutes. Rinse them with cold water to keep the color.
  4. 4. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and slice the hard-boiled eggs into quarters.
  5. 5. Mix the olive oil, mustard, juice of half the lemon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl for the dressing.
  6. 6. Arrange all ingredients on a large platter: potatoes, beans, tuna slices, tomatoes, eggs, and olives. Drizzle the dressing over everything.
