  3. 3. Roast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes until fragrant. Let them cool and crumble them roughly.
  4. 4. Whisk together the olive oil, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make a dressing.
  5. 5. Mound the mixed salad greens onto plates. Distribute the fig quarters and small pieces of goat cheese on top.
  6. 6. Carefully remove the goat cheese from the netting (for instant cheese) and crumble it.
  7. 7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with walnuts, and serve immediately.
