🥗 Mushroom Foie Gras Salad

Ingredients
- 400 g Mushrooms (brown)
- 150 g Fresh cheese (on cat food base)
- 4 Scheiben Prosciutto
- 50 g Walnuts
- 200 g Sweet potato
- 20 ml Balsamic cream
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mushrooms and slice them into thick slices.
- 2. Wash the sweet potato, cut it into small cubes, and boil them in salted water for 12 minutes.
- 3. Fry the mushrooms in a pan with a little oil for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Cut the prosciutto into narrow strips.
- 5. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan for 2 minutes.
- 6. Mix the sweet potato cubes with the cheese.
- 7. Arrange all ingredients on plates.
- 8. Dab the balsamic cream on top.
