Ingredients
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 50 g Flour
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 1 Lemon
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 TL oregano
Instructions
- 1. Cut feta into thick slices.
- 2. Dredge the feta slices in flour.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry feta until golden brown.
- 4. Sprinkle with oregano and pepper.
- 5. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
