Ingredients
- 2 Pita bread
- 1 Eggplants
- 2 Egg
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Cucumber
- 3 EL Tahini paste
- 1 EL Lemon juice
- 1 Garlic clove
- ein paar Blätter Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Slice eggplant and grill until tender.
- 2. Hard boil the eggs, then peel and cut in half.
- 3. Mix tahini with lemon juice and crushed garlic.
- 4. Cut pita bread and fill with eggplant, eggs, tomato, and cucumber.
- 5. Top with tahini sauce and cilantro.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
