Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 300 g Spinach
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück (2 cm) Ginger
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL garam masala
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Blanch spinach in boiling water and drain.
- 2. Finely chop onion, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. Sauté onions in a pan until golden brown.
- 4. Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add blanched spinach and spices, mix well.
- 6. Add cubed paneer, heat briefly and serve.
