🥗 Saag Paneer - Spinach with Paneer

Ingredients
- 200g Spinach
- 150g paneer
- 1 Onion
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Steam and puree the spinach.
- 2. Chop onion and ginger finely and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Add cumin and coriander powder, mix well.
- 4. Add the pureed spinach and warm through while stirring.
- 5. Cube the paneer and add it.
- 6. Season with garam masala and salt.
- 7. Serve and enjoy.
