Ingredients
- 4 Scheiben Bread with fluffy crumb (e.g., Ciabatta or Baguette)
- 2 Stück Ripe red tomatoes
- 1 Stück Garlic clove
- 3 EL Good extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 TL Smoked paprika (hot)
- 1 Prise Sea salt flakes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bread into thick slices and toast them in a pan without fat until golden brown.
- 2. Cut a ripe tomato in half and rub the flesh side vigorously over the hot bread surface. The juice soaks in.
- 3. Take the garlic clove and rub it lightly over the tomato mixture to release flavors.
- 4. Drizzle the olive oil generously over the bread and sprinkle the smoked paprika and salt evenly over it.
