  1. 1. Toast the bread in a toaster or oven until golden brown and crispy.
  2. 2. Wash the tomatoes. Rub the tomato firmly with the cut side over the surface of the warm bread slices until juice and pulp adhere.
  3. 3. Cut the garlic clove in half and rub it lightly over the tomato bread for a mild aroma.
  4. 4. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Heat a small frying pan over medium heat. Add a splash of oil and pour in the whisked eggs.
  6. 6. Stir the eggs continuously until they are set but still moist and soft (scrambled texture).
  7. 7. Remove the pan from the heat. Crumble the hot scrambled eggs directly onto the prepared bread slices.
  8. 8. Season with freshly ground pepper and serve immediately.
