🍞 Crunchy Tomato Toast with Fried Egg

Ingredients
- 2 Scheiben Whole grain bread (thick slices)
- 1 Stk Ripe tomato
- 1 Stk Garlic clove
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 Stk Egg (Size M)
- 1 Prise Coarse salt
Instructions
- 1. Toast the bread on both sides in a dry pan until golden brown.
- 2. Cut the tomato in half and rub the cut side vigorously over the toasted bread surface until the pulp adheres.
- 3. Cut the garlic clove in half and lightly rub it over the tomato pulp to release flavor compounds.
- 4. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the bread and fry the egg separately in a small pan until the white is set.
- 5. Place the fried egg on the bread, salt it lightly, and serve immediately.
