🥘 Grilled Summer Vegetables with Thyme Honey

Ingredients
- 200 g Courgette
- 150 g Red pepper
- 100 g Red onion
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 15 g Honey
- 5 g Thyme (fresh)
- 10 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 4 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the courgette and cut it into thick slices. Cut the red pepper into strips and the onion into wedges.
- 2. Mix the olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, and chopped thyme leaves in a small bowl.
- 3. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet and drizzle them with the honey mixture. Sprinkle with salt.
- 4. Bake the vegetables for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius until they are soft and caramelized.
- 5. Remove the vegetables from the oven and serve warm as a main dish or side dish.
