  3. 3. Deglaze with the red wine and let it evaporate. Then add the passata and beef broth.
  4. 4. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Cook the spaghetti in salted water al dente. Mix the pasta with the sauce and garnish with fresh basil.
