🍅 Rustic Pasta Bolognese

Ingredients
- 300 g Spaghetti
- 400 g Ground beef
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Stück Carrot
- 2 Stück Garlic clove
- 500 ml Passata (strained tomatoes)
- 2 EL Tomato paste
- 100 ml Beef broth
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 100 ml Dry red wine
- 1 TL Salt
- 10 Blätter Basil, fresh
Instructions
- 1. Finely dice the onion, carrot, and garlic. Sauté them in olive oil in a pot for 5 minutes until soft.
- 2. Add the ground meat and brown it. Stir in the tomato paste and let it fry for 1 minute.
- 3. Deglaze with the red wine and let it evaporate. Then add the passata and beef broth.
- 4. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Cook the spaghetti in salted water al dente. Mix the pasta with the sauce and garnish with fresh basil.
