  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the onion, carrots, and celery for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the garlic and tomato paste and fry for 1 minute while stirring.
  6. 6. Add the cherry tomatoes and paprika powder and simmer for 5 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
  7. 7. Pour in the coconut milk and drained beans.
  8. 8. Let the stew simmer for 10 minutes over low heat to allow the flavors to meld.
  9. 9. Season the stew with salt and pepper.
