  4. 4. Pour in the vegetable broth and coconut milk. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Let the soup simmer for 15 minutes until the carrots are soft.
  6. 6. Puree the soup completely using a hand blender.
  7. 7. Season with lemon juice, salt, and cumin to taste. Serve hot.
